PVC MasterBatch is a type of MasterBatch that is specifically designed for use with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastics. It is a concentrated blend of pigments, additives, and a carrier resin, which is added to Polyvinyl Chloride during the manufacturing process to impart color and other desired properties to the final product.

PVC MasterBatch can be customized to meet the specific needs of different PVC applications. For example, it can be formulated to provide UV stabilization, thermal stability, flame retardancy, or other desired properties to the final product.

This product is designed of PVC Color Master Batches for PVC Cable and Wire industries, we use specialized electrical grade color pigments which are completely free from any ionic impurities and this helps in maintaining good insulation resistance value, thermal stability and ageing resistance of PVC Cable and Wire for Insulation and Sheathing / Jacketing.

Property Description

The color shade depends upon the base compound.
The above color shades are achieved by using these Masterbatch in moderately filled, non-toxic PVC Compound.
Heat Stability is recommended processing temperature.
The Heat Stability and Light Fastness data is based on the selected pigment stability.
Light Fastness values measured in 1-8 on Blue Wool Scale where 8 denote highest performance i.e. best resistance to color fading.
The RAL Code indicated above for reference purpose only as the shad may very based on the base compound and dosage.
We offer a special variant of PVC Masterbatch for their suitability in FR / FRLS compound so as not to adversely affect fire and smoke properties.

Dispersions

The PVC Color Master Batches will disperse easily in the manufacturing of PVC Compounds and there will be no nibs of un-dispersed pigment as well as porosity.

Recommendation Usage Level

To make PVC Compounds, we suggest doses of our Color Master Batches should be maintained at least 1%.

Processing Information

For batter results pre-drying of granules / pallets is recommended @ 75′ C + 5’C for approximately 15 minutes.

Packaging

This product is packaged in various sized multiwall bags super-sacks, unitized on non-returnable plastic pallets.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, once opened, the bag should be tightly closed after use
