Calcium Zinc Stabilizer designed as a Non Toxic Heat Stabilizer for making a Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) products.

This product is individual components so-called single stabilizer and complex formulations of these basic components the one-pack stabilizers. A very wide range of products and properties can be realized by these additives precisely adjusted to the final product performance requirements. This stabilizer range will be completed by our liquid stabilizers.

The choice of stabilizer depends on processing technologies and requirements of the finished products. The use of stabilizer guarantees suffcient heat stability for PVC during processing and protects the end product from change due to heat, UV-light, or oxygen.

This product is combined with lubricants and other additives, our stabilizer portfolio presents suitable solutions for every request. Many parameters such as the process rules (rheology) and process interval, effciency, price, sustainability, RoHS, REACH and other compliances, and the final product characteristics are determinative for the selection of stabilizers.

This product is provides outstanding initial color, color retention and long-term heat stability in white or lightly pigmented products. It imparts excellent electrical properties, heat stability and heat ageing.

This product is packaged in various sized multiwall bags super-sacks, unitized on non-returnable plastic pallets.

Store in a cool and dry place, once opened, the bag should be tightly closed after use.
